Rising Hawk Wellbeing

Thank you for visiting my page. Rising Hawk Wellbeing was founded as I began navigating my personal journey to wholeness. Along this path I have learned a great deal about beliefs I formed as a child, the influence of when and where I was born, the protections I created in response to trauma, and the balance that is realized when I can use all of these things to authentically show up for myself and those around me.

In my 25 plus years in Corporate America, I have learned that sometimes we use all the old beliefs to get to the top. I have also learned that we don’t have to. There is a way for us to show up authentically and be an even more effective leader than we ever thought possible.

My mission statement says, I create a Parlor of Peace for myself and others by showing up authentically and completely every time, and forming Extraordinary Connections.
